Oscar has worked in public accounting, healthcare technology, manufacturing, and process engineering. Oscar has provided leadership and direction to Fortune 100 corporations in diverse industries nationwide. Employers include BDO Seidman, Ernst & Young LL, Thompson Rueter, Xerox, HCA, Accession Health, Community Health Systems, Amgen Pharmaceuticals, and Mainstreet Rural Health.
A veteran of the United States Air Force serving overseas, understanding and dealing with adversity is not uncommon for him. He has managed through life’s personal and professional challenges with faith and compassion. Devoted husband and father, he lives life to the fullest. Oscar holds an M.A. in Organizational Management and a B.S. in Business Administration with a Greenbelt Lean Six Sigma certification.
Oscar was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, and has lived for several years in Cumming GA. Oscars, his wife, and three children have lived in Columbia, TN, since 2014, and they enjoy hikes, music, and competitive swimming.
